		<description>VLC for the PC is pretty sketchy. I&#039;ve tried it on Windows XP and Win7 with varied results. Some commands just don&#039;t work well such as bookmarks.  On the Mac it&#039;s pretty solid though.</description>

		<description>VLC is indeed everything it&#039;s billed to be. It&#039;s not just for DVDs, either--it&#039;s my go-to for any video format I can&#039;t get to open (or play reliably) in QuickTime.</description>
